We’re excited to introduce a new offering at Lifting Your Life Coaching!
Beginning April 14, we’re launching a Mindful Self-Compassion Small Group, led by Coach Patty, a licensed social worker with expertise in self-compassion, and Coach Mel, who holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree, has over 15 years of experience as a licensed Master ’s-level therapist, and is a certified expert and certified virtual facilitator through the State of Florida.
This supportive, interactive group will meet on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 PM and is limited to 20 participants to ensure a meaningful, personalized experience. A second class is being considered from 8 am to 9 :30 am Eastern Standard Time on Sunday morning if enough participants sign up.
The program is an 8-week (2‑month) course, with 90‑minute weekly sessions designed in a classroom-style format that includes guided activities, reflection, and group discussion to deepen your self-compassion practice.
Cost:
• $59.95 per month for two months
